booking and payment terms

Payment at Time of Service   

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept payment at the end of each session unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

24‑Hour Cancellation Policy   

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled session.

Emergency Flexibility   

I understand that true emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation such as illness, injury, family emergency, or other urgent circumstance, please contact me as soon as possible. In these cases, the cancellation fee may be waived at my discretion.

Late Arrivals   

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment begins on time. The full session fee still applies.

No‑Show Policy   

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be responsible for the full session fee.
